I am a girl from Gujarat, INDIA who has always been passionate about food, but this love of Indian food, I realized more when I moved to Paris, France. A place which was completely new to me where it was so difficult to find that AUTHENTIC INDIAN FOOD. in the beginning, i tried many Indian restaurants but never had that satisfaction of eating INDIAN STYLE FOOD as they FRENCHIFY the food in every way possible. so one day when I was craving my gujju food I decided to make my version of KATHIYAWADI THAALI for my family.
